Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. All returns should be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, you’ll need to place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and any processing fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund—minus shipping and processing fees—to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What sizes do your apparel pieces come in?
Our apparel is available in a wide range of sizes. Each product page includes a size chart to help you find your perfect fit.
How do I care for my Yetibeb items?
Care instructions are provided on each product tag. We recommend washing apparel on gentle cycles and spot-cleaning handbags with a soft, damp cloth.
Why Yetibeb Pieces Sell Out Fast
At Yetibeb, every garment and accessory is lovingly handcrafted by our Ethiopian artisan partners in very small batches. This slow-fashion approach means:
- We intentionally keep production quantities low so each piece reflects true hand-weaving or hand-stitching—no mass production here.
- Once a style sells through, our artisans must start a new hand-crafting cycle for Yetibeb, which can take several weeks.
- Because every piece is made by hand at Yetibeb, no two are exactly alike—when it’s gone, it’s really gone!
We know it can be frustrating to miss out, but restocking is worth the wait—sign up for our “Notify Me” alerts on sold-out Yetibeb items at Yetibeb.com, and we’ll let you know the moment your favorite piece is back in the workshop.
